Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive an email confirmation containing the relevant tracking information. Utilize these tracking details to monitor the progress of your order. If you do not find our email confirmation in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder.
My Package Hasn't Arrived Within the Estimated Time, What Should I Do?

The provided delivery dates are estimations derived from the date of shipment. Please consider transit time when assessing these estimates. Occasionally, deliveries may experience delays due to factors such as incorrect shipping addresses, adverse weather conditions, strict customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
There will be no reshipping arrangements made in case parcels are returned due to wrong addresses, incomplete address and/or returned due to unavailability.
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@goracerwatches.com.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
