You have the right to return all orders bought directly from Goracer except customised orders within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have exceeded the 30 days, a refund or exchange cannot be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received the item in with the original packaging.

All watches come with an adjustment tool provided, meaning you can add and remove as many links as required.
If you require extra links please email us and we will include these free of charge with your order.
For children, we recommend our adjustable leather straps.

How does shipping and delivery work?
- You've placed an order and you're excitedly figuring out which outfit will best complement your new car rim-inspired watch. But what happens next?
- Once an order is placed, our dedicated team will meticulously select your timepiece and package it with care and precision. While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to complete the processing.
- As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. This will also include a link that allows you to easily track your order and eagerly anticipate its arrival.
How can i track my order?
- There will be a 'Track Order' button directly on your shipping confirmation email. Whenever you're curious and want to see where your order is, head back to the shipping confirmation email.
- If you haven't receive a shipping email yet, your order is still being processed. Please be patient as our fulfillment team works tirelessly to get your order shipped.
Can i change my shipping address?
Accidentally put in the wrong shipping address? As long as your order isn't shipped out already, we'll be happy to change the shipping address. Send us an email with the new order details and we'll make the modification to your order.
